My stay was quite disappointing with many issues plaguing the experience. The location is nice, right by the beach, but the service and amenities left a lot to be desired. The rooms were decent enough, yet they lacked proper sound insulation and comfort. Overall, it feels like the resort is not meeting its full potential due to poor management and maintenance issues.

I had quite an experience at this resort, which is located about 45 minutes from Montego Bay, in Falmouth. While the rooms were spacious, the lack of hot water all week was incredibly frustrating. The beach area was filled with seaweed and broken loungers, but the staff were trying their best. Overall, I took away some good memories from the delicious food and meeting local characters, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a polished spa experience.
